Stage Hosts
Tomáš Kout
Main stage host
Tomáš has been collaborating on the Lentiamo.com product for many years. He regularly hosts Frontendisti.cz meetups, where he shares the latest news and trends in web development. Outside of tech, he's passionate about amateur theatre and used to build websites himself.
Karolína Vyskočilová
Main stage host
Karolína helps companies build websites and e-shops, automate processes, and save time—with or without AI. She provides training and consulting, and you can meet her at community events focused on web development and AI. She works out with kettlebells and tirelessly rides her blue folding bike around Prague. When she has more time, she hits the forest trails on her gravel bike.
Tereza Černá
Community stage host
Tereza is the founder of ReactGirls, a non-profit organization that helps women transition into careers in tech. She previously worked as a software engineer and community manager. She is passionate about education, building technology communities, mentoring, and promoting diversity in the IT industry. She is currently on maternity leave.
Tomáš Hejč
Community Stage host
Tomáš is the CEO of Superkoders, where he and his team build custom e-commerce platforms, websites, and web applications. He also co-founded Frontendisti.cz, a developer community that grew from small meetups into the team behind FrontKon. When he's not working, you'll most likely find him on a football pitch, coaching young football players instead of software developers.
Jana Nečasová
Partner stage host
Jana is part of the Frontendisti.cz crew and a proud "non-tech girl" at Superkoders. She successfully bridges the gap between the tech and non-tech worlds and believes that the best things happen when the right people meet with the right enthusiasm.
Marta Kirchgessner
Partner stage host
Marta is a frontend developer with a passion for cybersecurity. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting for vulnerabilities and occasionally joins red teams, just for fun. This year, she'll once again swap her keyboard and Claude for a microphone as she hosts the partner stage at FrontKon.
