Mia Bajić

Mia Bajić is a full-stack software engineer at COCUMA, where she is responsible for the entire development lifecycle—from designing features to deploying them with Django, React and AWS.

Her experience spans backend systems, developer experience, data platforms and SDKs. She has built business-intelligence software, AI services and integrations with platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks. What motivates her most is creating technology that makes other people’s work meaningfully easier and better.

Mia is also Vice-Chair of the EuroPython Society and an active organizer in Prague’s Python community. She has spoken at conferences including PyCon US, DjangoCon, FOSDEM and EuroPython, and hosts *Behind the Commit*, a podcast featuring the people and technologies shaping open source across Europe and beyond.
