Ladislav Prskavec

Ladislav Prskavec is a Staff Engineer at Everpure and an experienced software engineer specialising in site reliability, distributed systems and cloud architecture. He works primarily with Go, Ruby and Node.js, focusing on the engineering practices that keep production systems reliable—and engineers asleep at 3 a.m.

Ladislav is also one of the most dedicated and recognisable community builders on the Czech technology scene. As the long-time organiser of Prague Golang Meetup, he has helped make Go accessible to generations of local developers through regular talks, recordings and an active community connecting people who run the language in production.

Beyond the meetup stage, Ladislav is a prolific speaker, writer and co-host of *You Build It, You Run It*, a podcast exploring software operations, on-call culture and the people responsible for keeping systems alive. Few Czech engineers combine such deep production experience with an equally sustained commitment to teaching, mentoring and bringing the community together.
