Petr Malík

My name is Petr Malík, and I’ve been working at Qest Technologies for nearly four years. I started as a full-stack developer, and for the past two and a half years, I’ve been leading a team focused on developing logistics systems, specifically for DPD. Our goal is to optimize and automate processes to make them faster and more efficient.

I focus a lot on improving the development workflow and automating repetitive tasks. Modern technologies, including AI, help me with this—not just as tools, but also as a way of thinking. I enjoy finding innovative solutions that not only make developers’ work easier but also have a real impact on end users.

In my free time, I like to experiment with various productivity tools. It’s interesting to see where technology is heading and how it can help when used wisely.
